With the completion of the IBPS Specialist Officer (SO) Prelims Exam 2025, candidates are eagerly awaiting the official results and answer keys. The IBPS SO Prelims exam was conducted on August 30, 2025. The IBPS SO Prelims exam was held in two shifts. According to candidates, the paper was of moderate difficulty.

How To Check IBPS SO Result?

After the release of the IBPS SO Prelims Recruitment Exam Result 2025, follow these steps to check it:

Step 2 – Click on the ‘IBPS SO Prelims Result 2025’ link available on the homepage.

Step 3 – Enter details like registration number/roll number and password/date of birth (DOB).

Step 4 – After logging in, your result will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5 – Take a printout and keep it for future reference.

IBPS SO Mains Exam Pattern

The Online Main Examination include both Objective and Descriptive Tests, conducted online. Candidates will need to type their responses for the Descriptive Test on the computer. The Descriptive Test will take place immediately after the Objective Test. The total time for both tests is one hour, and the total marks are 60. A penalty will be applied for incorrect answers in the Objective Tests. For each wrong answer, one-fourth (0.25) of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty, adjusting the candidate’s score.
