ICAI CA Inter, Final, Foundation Results 2025: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially announced the result dates for the CA examinations held in May 2025. These include the CA Final, Intermediate, and Foundation exams. As per the notice released by ICAI, the results will be declared on Saturday, July 6, 2025, with separate timings for each level.
According to the official schedule, results for the CA Final and Intermediate exams will be available by 2 pm on July 6. Later the same day, around 5 pm, ICAI will publish the result for the CA Foundation exam.

To check their result, students must keep their roll number, registration number, and date of birth ready. They will also need to enter a captcha code on the result page to view their scorecard.
How To Check ICAI CA Foundation May 2025 Result?
Here are the steps students need to follow to download their results once released:
Step 1: Visit the official website at icai.org.
Step 2: Click on the ‘CA Result 2025’ link on the homepage.
Step 3: A new window will open. Enter your registration number, roll number, and PIN.
Step 4: Enter the captcha code as displayed.
Step 5: Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 6: Your result will appear on the screen.
Step 7: Download and save a copy for future reference.
To pass the CA Foundation exam, candidates must secure a minimum of 40 marks in each subject and at least 50% overall in aggregate. Those who score 70% or more in total will be awarded a “Pass with Distinction” status.
The CA Foundation exam for the May 2025 session was conducted on May 15, 17, 19, and 21. The admit cards for these exams were released earlier on April 25.

The last CA Foundation exam before this was held in January 2025, with exams taking place on January 12, 16, 18, and 20. The results for that session were declared on March 4, 2025. A total of 1,10,887 students appeared in that exam, and 23,861 candidates successfully cleared it. The overall pass percentage stood at 21.52%.
For the May 2025 CA Foundation exams, Papers 1 and 2 were conducted from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, while Papers 3 and 4 were held from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Notably, for Papers 3 and 4, no advance reading time was given. However, for Papers 1 and 2, students were allowed 15 minutes of reading time from 1:45 pm to 2:00 pm before the exam began.
