The University of Delhi has published the detailed schedule for the third round of seat allocations and admissions for undergraduate programmes under the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) for the 2025–26 academic year.

According to the schedule, candidates already admitted in Round 1 or 2 can choose to upgrade to another programme. They can also rearrange their programme-college preferences. The upgrade and reorder window will be active on August 2 and 3. The third round seat allocation list will be published on August 13.

Declaration of Upgraded Allocations along with auto-acceptance — August 5, 2025 (5 pm)

College Verification & Approval — August 5, 2025 (5 pm) August 6, 2025 (4:59 pm)

Last Date to pay fees– August 7, 2025 (4:59 pm)

Display of Vacant Seats — August 8, 2025 (5 pm)

Mid-Entry Application — August 8, 2025 (5 pm) August 10, 2025 (4:59 pm)

Declaration of Third CSAS Allocation, Round-I of Performance-Based Programmes (Music, BFA and (PE, HE&S)) and Ward Quota — August 13, 2025 (5 pm) –

Declaration of Round I: Performance-Based Programmes (Music, BFA, PE, HE&S) — August 13, 2025 (5 pm)

Declaration of Round I: CW, ECA, Sports, Ward Quota — August 13, 2025 (5 pm)

Seat Acceptance by Candidates — August 13, 2025 (5 pm) August 17, 2025 (4:59 pm)

College Verification and Approval of Applications — August 13, 2025 (5 pm) August 18, 2025 (4:59 pm)

Last Date for Online Payment of Admission Fee by candidates — August 19, 2025 (4:59 pm)

Furthermore, candidates whose applications were previously rejected due to incorrect subject mapping, ineligibility, or invalid documentation can now rejoin the admission process by paying a non-refundable mid-entry fee of Rs 1,000. These candidates will have the opportunity to edit their preferences and correct any subject-mapping issues. Additionally, candidates who were not offered a seat in the earlier rounds may also update their preferences during this period.

“The allocations in the Third Round will be based on the data of the candidates available as of 05:00 pm Sunday, August 10, 2025. Thus, it may be noted that the Minimum Allocation Marks and ranks of the Third Round will have no relationship with those of the earlier Rounds. No grievances in this regard will be entertained,” reads the official notice.
