This list of ADAS in cars features 3 Honda and Hyundai models each, followed by 2 from Kia and 1 each from MG and Mahindra.
The democratisation of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) can be seen in the Indian market today, with many car brands now offering the safety tech in their mass-market models. Currently, cars in this segment offer two stages of autonomous driving: Level 1, with ADAS features like forward collision warning and lane keep assist, and Level 2, which adds adaptive cruise control and blind spot monitoring. If you’re looking for cars with ADAS, here are the 10 most affordable combustion-run cars in India that offer the advanced safety system.
10. Kia Syros
Rs 16.80 lakh to 17.80 lakh

Starting this list is the Kia Syros compact SUV, whose HTX+(O) top model features a Level 2 ADAS system. Both 120hp, 1.0-litre turbo petrol and 116hp, 1.5-litre diesel engines are on offer with the Syros HTX+(O), with respective automatic pairings of dual-clutch transmission (DCT) and torque converter (TC) gearbox, respectively.
9. Hyundai Verna
Rs 16.40 lakh to 17.58 lakh

Like the Kia compact SUV above it, the Hyundai Verna gets a Level 2 ADAS only on the top-spec trim, in this case, the SX(O). Standard Verna SX(O) variant with the 115hp, 1.5-litre petrol engine with a CVT gets the safety suite, while the SX(O) manual misses out on ADAS. Whereas, the SX(O) Turbo variant, powered by a 160hp, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine, is available with both manual transmission (MT) and DCT choices.
8. Hyundai Creta
Rs 16.09 lakh to 20.19 lakh

Next in line is the Hyundai Creta, offering a Level 2 ADAS suite in the SX Tech and SX(O) variants. The Creta SX Tech comes with 115hp, 1.5-litre petrol with MT or CVT, and 116hp, 1.5-litre diesel engine with MT. The top-spec SX(O) variant, in addition to the above-mentioned powertrains, also provides a TC automatic pairing for the diesel block. It also has a 160hp, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine with DCT.
7. MG Astor
Rs 15.70 lakh to 16.10 lakh

When the MG Astor was launched in 2021, it was the only midsize SUV to offer an ADAS suite. MG offers Level 2 ADAS with the Astor’s top-spec Savvy Pro trim. Currently, the Astor top model gets a sole 110hp, 1.5-litre petrol engine paired with a CVT unit.
6. Honda Elevate
Rs 15.45 lakh to 16.93 lakh

The Honda Elevate is one of the 3 models from the brand in this set, and it packs autonomous driving features in the top-spec ZX trim. Under the hood, the range-topping Elevate variant has a 1.5-litre petrol engine that can be paired to either a MT or a CVT.
5. Kia Sonet
Rs 14.84 lakh to 15.74 lakh

Unlike the Level 2 ADAS suite offered with the Syros stablemate, the Kia Sonet settles for a Level 1 system, available in the GTX+ and X-Line variants. The GTX+ trim has 120hp, 1.0-litre turbo-petrol and 116hp, 1.5-litre diesel engine options, with DCT and TC gearboxes, respectively. X-Line, however, only comes with the turbo-petrol and DCT combination.
4. Honda City
Rs 12.84 lakh to 16.69 lakh

Excluding the SV base model, an ADAS suite is offered on all Honda City variants. These include the V, VX and ZX trims. As for the City engine and gearbox pairings, each of its three trims come with the familiar 121hp, 1.5-litre petrol engine, that can be paired to a MT or a CVT.
3. Mahindra XUV 3XO
Rs 12.62 lakh to 15.80 lakh

Just the higher-spec AX5 L and the top-spec AX7 L Mahindra XUV 3XO variants get the Level 2 ADAS suite. While the AX5L is available only with the 131hp, 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine with MT and TC choices, the AX7 L has on offer an additional 1.5-litre diesel engine with MT powertrain.
2. Hyundai Venue
Rs 12.53 lakh to 13.62 lakh

Like its Kia Sonet sibling, the Hyundai Venue also has a Level 1 ADAS suite. Hyundai offers the autonomous features on the top-spec Venue SX(O) variant. This variant is available with 120hp, 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine with MT/DCT, and 116hp, 1.5-litre diesel engine with MT powertrain options.
1. New Honda Amaze
Rs 10.04 lakh to 11.24 lakh

Apart from being the most affordable car with ADAS in India, the third-generation Honda Amaze is currently the only sedan under 4 metres to come with the safety suite, which is reserved for its top-spec ZX variant. It’s run by a 90hp, 1.2-litre petrol engine, with MT and CVT options.
