SSC CGL 2025 Tier 1 Admit Card: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the admit cards for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Tier 1 Examination 2025. Candidates who have registered can now download their hall tickets from the official SSC website at ssc.gov.in using their login credentials.

The Tier 1 exam will be conducted between September 12 and 26, 2025, across 260 exam centres in 129 cities. According to the commission, more than 28 lakh candidates are expected to appear for this year’s exam.

Steps To Download SSC CGL 2025 Admit Card

Candidates can download the admit cards by following these simple steps:

Step 1: Go to the official SSC website – ssc.gov.in.

Step 2: Click on the Login link on the homepage.

Step 3: Enter your username and password.

Step 4: The admit card will appear on the screen.

Step 5: Check the details carefully, then download and save it.

Step 6: Take a printout to carry to the exam centre.

SSC CGL 2025 Exam Shift Timings

The computer-based Tier 1 exam will be held in multiple shifts each day.

Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Shift 2: 11:45 AM – 12:45 PM

Shift 3: 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM

Shift 4 (if required): 5:15 PM – 6:15 PM

SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam Pattern

The exam will be conducted online in an Objective MCQ format. It will have four sections, carrying a total of 100 questions worth 200 marks:

General Intelligence & Reasoning: 25 questions (50 marks)

General Awareness: 25 questions (50 marks)

Quantitative Aptitude: 25 questions (50 marks)

English Comprehension: 25 questions (50 marks)

Each section will test candidates on different skill areas, with the total duration of the exam being one hour per shift.
