Mini India will commence bookings for the new Countryman John Cooper Works ALL4 on September 22 through its website and dealerships. The car is slated for a launch on October 14.

Mini Countryman JCW engine and specs
Powering the Mini Countryman JCW is a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine producing 300hp and 400Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a 7-speed DCT gearbox with AWD as standard. The brand claims a 0-100kph time of 5.4 seconds.
Mini Countryman JCW exterior and interior details
On the outside, the JCW version of the Countryman comes with a sportier kit over the standard Countryman. The front grille gets a blacked-out finish replete with Mini’s signature chequered-flag pattern. Adding to the overall front fascia are larger air intakes and red accents at the edges of the bumper. This version also comes with JCW-specific rims, red brake calipers and a JCW logo on the C-pillar. Changes to the rear include a dual-tone bumper with red accents, a pronounced spoiler and quad exhaust tips.

The story continues similarly on the inside, with JCW-specific design bits on the dashboard with red accents, ambient lighting, red contrast stitching and sporty-looking pedals. The infotainment system isn’t left out either, as it comes with JCW-centric graphics.
Mini Countryman JCW expected price
It’s yet to be known how many units of the petrol-powered JCW Countryman will be allotted for India, considering that the JCW version of the Countryman Electric was limited to 20 units. Expect the ex-showroom prices to be in the ballpark of Rs 70 lakh.
As of now, the Mini Countryman is sold in India only in the electric guise, with the battery pack powering the car at 201hp and a claimed range of 462km (WLTP).
