BEL Trainee Engineer Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have cleared graduation in B.E., B.Tech or B.Sc. (four-year course) engineering degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised institution.
Age Limit: The age limit for General and EWS candidates is 28 years. “The upper age limit will be relaxable for OBC (NCL) candidates by 03 years and SC/ST candidates by 05 years. For candidates belonging to PwBD category having minimum 40% disability or more will get 10 years relaxation in addition to the relaxation applicable to the categories mentioned above,” states the official notice.
BEL Trainee Engineer Recruitment 2025: Application Fees
The application fee is Rs 177 for UR, EWS, and OBC candidates. SC, ST, and PwBD candidates are exempted from the fee.

BEL Trainee Engineer Recruitment 2025: Selection Process
Candidates who meet the qualifying criteria will have to appear for a written test. Candidates qualifying in the written test will be called for document verification. The written exam will be held at Bengaluru only.
BEL Trainee Engineer Recruitment 2025: Salary Details
Trainee Engineers will be engaged for an initial period of two years, which may be extended by one more year based on project requirements and individual performance, for a maximum tenure of three years. Candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs 30,000 per month during the first year, Rs 35,000 per month during the second year, and if the contract is extended, Rs 40,000 per month during the third year.
