UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist Final Exam Result 2025 Out: The candidates’ marks will be available on the website within 15 days from the result publication date.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the Combined Geo-Scientist final exam result 2025. Candidates who attended the interview can check their results on upsc.gov.in.
The result 20 candidates have been kept provisional. The offer of appointment to the candidates whose result has been kept provisional will not be issued till the commission verifies the original documents awaited from such candidates, it stated.
The preliminary exam was conducted on February 9, followed by the mains exam on June 21 and 22, with the personality test taking place in September. The candidates’ marks will be available on the website within 15 days from the result publication date.
“Appointments to the above said posts will be made by the Government according to the number of vacancies available and subject to the candidates fulfilling all the prescribed eligibility conditions and all Pre-appointment formalities/verifications, wherever due, being completed satisfactorily. Allotment of candidates to the services/posts shall be made in accordance with their merit position and preference of services/posts opted by them,” reads the official notice.

Step 2: On the homepage, look for the UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist Final Examination Result 2025 link
Step 3: Click on the PDF link
Step 4: The PDF containing the roll numbers of qualified candidates will appear on the screen
Step 5: Candidates can print a hard copy of the PDF file for future reference

Those selected will work in either of the following: Geologist Group ‘A’; Scientist ‘B’ (Hydrogeology) Group ‘A’; Assistant Hydrogeologist Group ‘B’; Geophysicist Group ‘A’; Scientist ‘B’ (Geophysics) Group ‘A’; Assistant Geophysicist Group ‘B’; Chemist Group ‘A’; Scientist ‘B’ (Chemical) Group ‘A’ or Assistant Chemist Group ‘B’.
In case of any discrepancies in the results, candidates can seek clarification about their recruitment between 10 am and 5 pm by calling 011-23385271 / 23381125, as stated by the UPSC.
