The recruitment drive includes openings for Junior Engineer (Electrical Grade-II) and Assistant Manager in HR & A and F & A. The pay scales for these roles adhere to ROPA-2020 guidelines. Educational Qualifications Required:
Junior Engineer (Electrical): Full-time three-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Assistant Manager (HR & A): Graduate plus a full-time two-year MBA/MPM/MHRM or an equivalent PG diploma in HR or Personnel Management.
Assistant Manager (F & A): Graduate plus CA/CMA final qualification or a full-time two-year MBA in Finance and Accounts.
Candidates must be proficient in Bengali or Nepali. Final-year students may also apply but must present all mark sheets during document verification.
The recruitment process begins with a Computer-Based Test (CBT), comprising objective-type questions with a 0.33 negative marking for each incorrect answer. Successful candidates will be invited for an interview.
Post-interview, shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification, requiring educational certificates, caste or domicile certificates, and ID proof. A pre-employment medical examination will follow. Only those who pass all stages will be considered for final appointment.
