Nainital Bank Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have cleared graduation and post-graduation in the relevant field with 50 per cent marks. They must also have relevant work experience. Candidates are advised to check the detailed educational qualification available on the information brochure before applying.

Furthermore, candidates must be at least 21 years as of November 30, 2025 and must not be more than 32 years of age.

The recruitment process comprises an online written exam, document verification, and a medical fitness assessment. The online written test will be objective-type and evaluate candidates on areas pertinent to banking roles, such as reasoning ability, English language proficiency, quantitative aptitude, and general awareness, with an emphasis on banking and financial systems. For Specialist Officer positions, there will be an additional section on professional knowledge relevant to the candidate’s field.
