CAT 2025 took place on November 30. The exam duration was 120 minutes, with PwD candidates receiving 160 minutes. Similar to previous years, the paper comprised 68 questions divided into three sections — VARC, DILR, and QA — with 40 minutes allocated per section.
The official notice stated that, as per the answer key released on December 18, a total of 187 objections were received across three sections and three shifts during the objection window. These objections were reviewed by panels of subject experts, and after evaluation, only one objection related to the Quantitative Ability section (Shift 1) was accepted. For each correct answer, candidates will get three marks. Negative marking only applies to multiple-choice questions with one mark deducted for each incorrect answer.
