The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has issued an official notification for the State Service Examination (SSE) 2025. This recruitment drive aims to fill both Group A and Group B positions within the Madhya Pradesh government, selecting qualified candidates for essential administrative and allied services across the state. A total of 155 posts will be filled through this initiative.
Online applications will commence on January 10, and the final date to apply is February 19 until noon. The application correction window will be open from February 20 to February 27. The preliminary exam is set for March 22, with the admit card expected to be released on March 12.

MPPSC Recruitment 2026: Application Fees
The application fee for general category and other state candidates is Rs 500, while for reserved categories of MP domicile, it is Rs 250.
MPPSC Recruitment 2026: Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have graduated from a recognized university/institute.
Age Limit: For non-uniformed positions, the age limit is 21 to 40 years. For uniformed positions, it is 21 to 33 years. Age relaxation for reserved category candidates will be as per rules.

Step 1: Visit the MPPSC website at mppsc.mp.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on ‘New Registration’ if you are not registered and complete the registration process.
Step 3: Log in using the required credentials.
Step 4: Fill out the MPPSC State Service application form 2026.
Step 5: Upload the required documents, such as your photograph, ID and signature.
Step 6: Pay the examination fee.
Step 7: Submit the application form and save a copy for future reference.

MPPSC Recruitment 2026: Selection Process
The State Service Examination is held in multiple stages. The first stage, known as the preliminary examination, includes objective-type papers. Candidates who pass the prelims move on to the main examination followed by an interview. The final selection is based on performance in mains exam and the interview.
