Today, we are not just here to celebrate a holiday, but to remember the glorious day when India truly became a Republic. We gained independence on 15th August 1947, but that independence found its true direction on 26th January 1950, when our Constitution came into effect.
It is this Constitution that gives us the freedom to speak, to learn, and to live with pride. Today, we must remember heroes like Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev, Mahatma Gandhi, and Subhash Chandra Bose, whose sacrifices have made it possible for us to breathe freely and live in an independent nation.
But friends, the true meaning of Republic Day is not just hoisting the flag. It is about understanding our responsibilities toward our country. As students, our duty is not only to study diligently but also to keep our surroundings clean, respect our elders, and rise above caste or religious divisions in our thoughts and actions.

Doston, aaj hum sab yahan sirf ek chhutti manane nahi, balki us mahan din ko yaad karne aaye hain jab Bharat sachmuch ek Ganrajya (Republic) bana.
15 August 1947 ko humein azaadi mili, lekin us azaadi ko poori shakti aur disha 26 January 1950 ko mili, jab humara Samvidhan lagu hua.
Yeh Samvidhan hi hai jo humein bolne, padhne aur garv ke saath jeene ki azaadi deta hai. Aaj humein Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev, Mahatma Gandhi aur Subhash Chandra Bose jaise veeron ko yaad karna chahiye, jinke balidan ke karan hi aaj hum swatantra hain.

Ek chhatra ke roop mein humara kartavya hai ki hum sirf padhai karein nahi, balki apne aaspaas safai rakhein, bado ka aadar karein aur jaati-dharm ke bhedbhaav se pare hokar sochein.
Aaiye, aaj hum sab milkar kasam khaayein ki hum Bharat ko duniya ka ek adarsh aur pragatisheel desh banayenge.
Ant mein bas itna hi kahunga, “Desh bhakton ke balidan se, hum swatantra hue hain, Ganatantra Diwas ka uphaar. Agar koi pooche kaun ho to, garv se kahenge – Bhartiya hain hum!”
