MG Motor India has officially revealed the new Majestor, which now sits above the existing Gloster in the brand’s SUV lineup. The body-on-frame three-row Majestor comes with a 215hp, 2.0-litre twin-turbocharged diesel engine that is mated to an 8-speed torque-converter automatic gearbox. Customers will be able to choose between two-wheel-drive (2WD) and four-wheel-drive (4WD) versions. The MG Majestor rivals the Toyota Fortuner, Jeep Meridian, Skoda Kodiaq, and the upcoming Volkswagen Tayron.
