The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that candidates appearing for the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2026 Session 2 will get a chance to edit their application details. The correction window will be available for two days — February 27 and 28, until 11:50 pm. The notice is now available on the official website at jeemain.nta.ac.in.
The JEE Main 2026 session 2 exam will be held from April 1 to 10.
During the editing process, candidates may have to pay an additional fee, wherever applicable.

How To Edit JEE Main 2026 Form?
Step 1: Visit the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the correction window.
Step 3: Log in with your application number and password/DOB.
Step 4: Open the edit application form.
Step 5: Make the required changes.
Step 6: Upload documents (if asked).
Step 7: Pay fee (if applicable).
Step 8: Submit the updated form.
“The candidates are allowed to make the corrections, latest by 28 February 2026 (up to 11:50 Р.M.). Thereafter, no correction in particulars, whatsoever, will be entertained by NTA under any circumstances. The additional fee (wherever applicable) shall be paid by the candidate concerned either through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI. Since it is a one-time facility extended to the candidates to avoid any hardship, the candidates advised to do the correction very carefully, as no further opportunity for correction will be given to candidates,” reads the official notice.
The notice further added that the last date for submission of online application for JEE Main 2026 Session-2 is February 25, 2026 and there will be no further extension of date
