The Lamborghini Miura is widely considered as the definitive supercar as it was the first high-performance machine to sport a mid-engined RWD powertrain, all the way back in 1966. Powered by a 350hp 3.9-litre V12, the Miura P400 – the supercar’s debut version – claimed a 0-100kph time of 6.7 seconds and a top speed of 280kph. At the time, these performance figures made the Miura P400 the fastest production car in the world. All of that grunt came enveloped in gorgeous Bertone-styled bodywork that looks beautiful to this day.
