Delhi University Continues To Dominate Top 10
In the college category of the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2025, colleges under Delhi University clearly dominate. Six out of the top 10 and all of the top 5 colleges belong to Delhi University, highlighting that the academic environment and education here are considered among the best for students.
According to the NIRF Rankings 2025, Hindu College of Delhi University ranks first with a score of 84.01. The college is renowned for its excellent faculty, strong academic performance, and impressive placement record. Miranda House, regarded as one of the finest women’s colleges in the country, is placed second. Hans Raj College, well-known for its commerce and science programmes, holds the third position.
