CBSE Board Class 12 Result 2026 Date and Time Live Updates: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to announce the Class 12 Board Exam 2026 results today, May 13. For the past two years, CBSE has declared the Class 12 Board results on May 13, so it is widely anticipated that the 2026 results will also be released today. According to the DigiLocker and UMANG apps, the CBSE Class 12 results are “coming soon”.
Over 18.5 lakh students who appeared for the exam are advised to keep their admit cards ready, as the details mentioned on them will be required to view and download their marksheets. Like last year, this time too the overall pass percentage is likely to cross 85%. A total of 88.39% of the students who who took the exam in 2025 cleared it.
CBSE Class 12th Result 2026: When Will Results Be Out?
“The wait is almost over,” according to UMANG app on X. Consecutive alerts from DigiLocker and UMANG, both official digital platforms linked to government services, have raised expectations that the results may be announced soon. This also mirrors a pattern seen during the CBSE Class 10 result declaration earlier this year. The DigiLocker status for Class 10 results was updated on April 14, 2026, and the results were officially released on April 15 at around 4 PM. A similar trend is anticipated for Class 12 results as well. However, CBSE has not yet announced any official date or time for the results.

Once declared, students will be able to check their scorecards on the official websites results.cbse.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in, and cbse.gov.in. The CBSE Class 12 results 2026 will also be available via the DigiLocker and UMANG apps.
Steps To Check CBSE Class 12 Result 2026 On DigiLocker, UMANG APP
Through DigiLocker:
Step 1 – Visit digilocker.gov.in or open the DigiLocker app.
Step 2 – Log in using your mobile number or Aadhaar number.
Step 3 – Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
Step 4 – Once logged in, go to the “Issued Documents” section.
Step 5 – Select CBSE from the list of boards.
Step 6 – Choose the document type as “Class 12 Marksheet”.
Step 7 – Enter your roll number and other required details.
Step 8 – Your CBSE 12th marksheet will be displayed and can be downloaded.
Through UMANG:
Students can follow these steps to access their results using the UMANG mobile application:
Step 1 – Download or open the UMANG app on your smartphone
Step 2 – Search for the CBSE results section within the app
Step 3 – Enter your roll number and other required login details
Step 4 – Provide your school number and admit card ID
Step 5 – Submit the information to view your result instantly
