Ikshan Shanbhag of Petronas TVS Racing started the day for his team with a fighting win over teammate Rugved Barguje in the premier race (SX1, up to 500cc) of the MRF MoGrip FMSCI National Supercross championship here on Sunday.
Rugved was in command for most part before Ikshan came up with a stunning last lap rally to finish on top.
Championship leader V. Prajwal notched up a commanding win in the second race to top the day’s chart with 35 points.
