Love him or hate him, there is no denying it anymore — Jannik Sinner is carving out one of the greatest peaks tennis has ever seen.
And now, the World No. 1 has achieved something only one man in history had managed before him.
By defeating Casper Ruud in the Italian Open final in Rome on Sunday, Sinner officially completed the elusive Career Golden Masters — winning all nine ATP Masters 1000 titles during his career.

Only Novak Djokovic had previously accomplished the feat.
Sinner’s Historic Night In Rome
Jannik became the first Italian men’s champion in Rome since Adriano Panatta lifted the trophy in 1976, ending a 50-year wait for home glory.
Over the last six months, Sinner has steamrolled the ATP Tour, collecting Masters titles in Paris, Indian Wells, Miami, Monte-Carlo, Madrid and now Rome. And in unprecedented fashion, the Italian has not dropped a set in a Masters 1000 final during that run.
The World No.1 is also riding a record-breaking 34-match winning streak at Masters 1000 level, with his last defeat at the tier coming back in Shanghai last October against Tallon Griekspoor.
And then there’s the clay-court domination.
Coming into this season, Sinner had never won Monte-Carlo, Madrid or Rome. He proceeded to win all three in the same year, joining only Rafael Nadal, who achieved it in 2010, as the only men ever to sweep the entire clay Masters calendar in one season.
Perhaps the most staggering part? Sinner is just 24.
For context, Djokovic completed the Career Golden Masters at 31. The Italian reached the same landmark seven years earlier, already owning 10 Masters 1000 titles. The Serbian great, though, still holds the all-time record with 40 Masters crowns and remains the only player to complete the Golden Masters twice.
But right now, tennis has no answer for Jannik Sinner.
