Net ⁠employment in Australia drops by 18,600 MoM in April: ABS

Net employment in Australia fell by 18,600 month on month (MoM) in April this year, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS). It rose by a revised 23,300 in March.

The April figure was far below market forecasts of a 15,000 gain.
