The Madrid-based luxury house is restructuring its communications department. Loewe has appointed Eloise Hautcoeur as its new global communications director, a role in which she will oversee public relations, talent management, and VIP relations, and events. The appointment takes effect on Monday, June 22.

Hautcoeur has an extensive track record in the fashion and luxury sectors. She began her career at the British houses Agent Provocateur and Vivienne Westwood before moving to the specialist agencies Starworks and KCD, where she worked with brands including Chloé and Marc Jacobs, and collaborated with Fashion East, the platform supporting emerging talent. She subsequently led communications for Northern Europe at Saint Laurent, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello, and at Bottega Veneta during the tenures of Daniel Lee and Matthieu Blazy. Most recently, she was global communications director at Versace, where she played a key role in the relaunch of the Italian house under the creative direction of Dario Vitale.
With this move, the luxury house aims to continue driving global growth and bolstering its international positioning. As part of this strategy, the company has accelerated its retail expansion in recent months, opening new stores in key markets such as Paris and Japan. In parallel, it has strengthened its international management structure with the appointment of Eva Baquedano as president for China and intensified its communications push with the appointment of American actress Julia Garner as a global ambassador.
Founded in Madrid in 1846, Loewe is part of the French conglomerate LVMH, which also owns houses including Dior, Louis Vuitton, Givenchy, and Bulgari. According to the latest available financial results, its principal operating company, Loewe SA, closed the last financial year with turnover of €885.2 million, up 9.2% year on year.
