In the newly created position, Lucaj will oversee will oversee marketing, merchandising and commercial strategy at the New York City-based brand, among other segments.

She succeeds brand stakeholder Andrew Rosen, who took on the role of executive chairman in 2024, after Rag & Bone was acquired by Guess and brand management firm WHP Global.

Lucaj joins Rag & Bone from Fendi, where she served as recently as president of the Americas.

Prior to that, the executive spent several years at Louis Vuitton, most recently as vice president of merchandising, before a stint as regional vice president for Northeast America. Earlier in her career, she held senior positions at Saint Laurent, Prada and Club Monaco.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Valentina Lucaj as brand president of Rag & Bone,” said the company, which operates as an independent brand within the Guess portfolio.

“Valentina joins from Fendi Americas, bringing experience across Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent, Prada, and Club Monaco. She will lead our marketing, merchandising, and commercial strategy as we enter our next chapter of growth.”

In December last year, Rag & Bone named Swaim Hutson head of menswear design.
