Ingredients

  • Orange : This is the star ingredient of the recipe, as it gives a tangy and fruity punch to the shake. I have used fresh, sweet and juicy navel oranges for making milkshakes. You can use any variety of orange based on your choice.
  • Cold milk : As cold as your milk is, the shake will be creamy and frothy. It also helps your drink to be chilled and refreshing for a long time. You can also go for non dairy milk options like soy milk, almond milk or coconut milk.
  • Icing sugar : Icing sugar is nothing but powdered granulated sugar. It dissolves quickly and also adds sweetness to the drink. You can substitute with honey, maple syrup or condensed milk.
  • Whipping cream powder : This powder makes the drink rich, creamy and adds a foamy texture. If you don’t have whipping powder, substitute with a scoop of ice cream, freshly whipped cream or heavy cream.

12)I squeezed it directly into the blender. This helps with less wastage.

13)Now we are going to remove the segments from the oranges.

14)There is a white membrane between each segment. Use that your guide to remove the orange segments.

15)Add this orange segments into the blender.

16)Repeat this for the another orange too.

23)Pour into serving glasses.

24)Place a slice of orange for decoration.
