The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is expected to release the admit cards for candidates appearing for the NEET PG 2026 examination today, August 24. The exam is scheduled to be conducted in a single shift across the country on August 30, just six days from now.
Candidates who have registered for the examination are eagerly waiting for their admit cards, also known as hall tickets. The document is mandatory for entry into the examination centre, and candidates will not be permitted to appear for the exam without it.
Once released, candidates will be able to download their admit cards through the NBEMS website. To download the hall ticket, visit nbe.edu.in and select the NEET PG 2026 section. Click on the admit card link and log in using your user ID and password. Once the admit card appears on the screen, download it and take a printout for future use.
The NEET PG city intimation slip was released earlier on August 11. It informed candidates about the city where their examination centre is located, allowing them to make the necessary travel and other arrangements ahead of the exam.

NBEMS Warns Against Fake Information
Meanwhile, NBEMS has issued an advisory cautioning candidates against fake social media handles and misleading claims about question paper leaks. The advisory follows reports from several candidates who said they came across posts and messages alleging that the examination paper had been leaked or was available through online channels and social media platforms, including Telegram, WhatsApp and Instagram.
“Candidates are advised to stay alert and do not fall prey to fake social media handles, bogus claims and misleading advertisements claiming to provide “leaked” NEET-PG 2026 question papers. Such claims are false, fraudulent and intended to mislead candidates,” NBEMS posted.

As the examination will be conducted in a single shift, candidates should reach their allotted examination centre well before the reporting time. Late arrival could create difficulties and may affect their ability to appear for the examination.
