TPC Group has completed its ENEOS Holdings acquisition, a deal announced in August 2026 that it said will create one of the world’s largest butadiene producers.
TPC brings US Gulf Coast assets and C4 processing for synthetic rubber, fuels, lubricant additives, plastics and surfactants.
Ed Dineen remains president and CEO; two ENEOS representatives join TPC’s senior leadership team.
