The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) will release the BPSC 71st CCE preliminary examination admit card 2025 on Saturday, September 6. Candidates may go to the official BPSC website at bpsc.bihar.gov.in to access their admit cards, once out. The exam will start on September 13. It will be conducted in two shifts from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm.
The commission has increased the number of vacancies for the 71st Combined Competitive Examination (CCE), raising the total from 1250 to 1264. This includes an additional 14 posts for the Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP).
BPSC 71st CCE Prelims Admit Card 2025: How To Download
Candidates can download their admission cards by following the methods outlined below.
Step 1- Visit the BPSC website at bpsc.bihar.gov.in.
Step 2 – On the homepage, click the ‘BPSC 71st CCE Prelims Card 2025’ link.
Step 3 – Enter your login information and click the submit button.
Step 4 – Your admit card will appear on the screen.
Step 5 – Examine the admit card and save the page.
Step 6 – Make a hard copy for future reference.
Before obtaining their admit card, candidates must log in to the dashboard and upload their most recent passport-size photo in JPEG format (25 kb), as per the official announcement. They need to carry two copies of their admit card. On the exam day, one signed copy of the hall ticket must be presented to the invigilator at the exam centre.
The notice stated that all candidates must reach the exam centre by 11 am and be seated in their respective seats by 11:05 am so that the authorities can conduct biometric authentication and facial recognition processes on time.
Those who clear the BPSC CCE prelims exam will have to appear for the main examination and interview rounds at later stages. Candidates who clear the mains exams and are selected will be recruited into various posts in departments like Education, Revenue, Finance, Home, and Social Welfare as well as the State Election Commission.
