The Central Board of Secondary Education or CBSE has published the class 12 compartment exam results 2025 today, August 1. Students who appeared for the exam can now check the results on the official website, cbse.gov.in.
Students who failed in one or two subjects of the CBSE Board 12th examination take the compartment exams. It was held on July 15.

Step 1- To check CBSE Supplementary Exam Result 2025, one has to visit the official website — cbse.gov.in or results.cbse.nic.in.
Step 2- Click on the 12th Compartment Exam Result 2025 link on the home page.
Step 3- The login page will appear on the screen.
Step 4- Enter details like roll number, school code and date of birth.
Step 5- Click on the submit button, your result will open on the screen.
Step 6- Save the result in PDF and take a printout of it.

CBSE Supplementary Result 2025: What’s Next
After passing the CBSE Board 10th/12th Supplementary Examination 2025, the school will provide your updated mark sheet. With this, you can apply for admission in college or next class. At the same time, if a student fails in CBSE Compartment Exam 2025, then he will have to appear for the examination again in the next academic session. Such students can also appear for the board examination through NIOS if they wish. As soon as the CBSE result is released, the link will be available first on the official website.
CBSE Supplementary Result 2025: What Happened In Main Exam?
The CBSE Class 12 results for 2025 were announced on May 13. The Class 12 results had an overall pass rate of 88.39 per cent, with girls achieving a pass rate of 91.25 per cent, while 85.31 per cent of boys passed. This year, more than 42 lakh students appeared for the CBSE board examinations both class 10 and 12 combined. It was conducted from February 15 to April 4, 2025.
