CMAT Result 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2026 results. Candidates who appeared for the entrance test can now check their qualifying status and download the scorecard from the official website, cmat.nta.nic.in, using their application number and password.
A total of 53,453 candidates had registered for the exam, out of which 41,872 appeared. Candidates who qualify will be eligible to seek admission to MBA, PGDM and other management programmes offered by participating institutes across the country on the basis of their CMAT scores.
As per the schedule, CMAT 2026 was conducted on January 25, 2026 in a single shift. The exam was held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode in 110 cities at 259 examination centres nationwide. Since the test was conducted in one shift, the scorecard includes both the marks obtained and the corresponding percentile scores.
“In order to make the system transparent, the Candidates were given an opportunity to see their Question Paper with recorded/marked responses and to challenge the Provisional Answer Keys from 31st January 2026 to 2nd February 2026. Challenges received online were placed before the concerned Subject Experts for verification. The result was prepared based on the Final Answer Keys and the same has been declared on the website, cmat.nta.nic.in,” the official notice states.
How To Download CMAT 2026 Result?
Candidates can follow these steps to check their results:
Step 1: Visit the official website at cmat.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the result link on the homepage.
Step 3: Enter application number and password.
Step 4: Submit the details.
Step 5: View and download the scorecard.

The scorecard carries details such as the candidate’s name, category, date of birth, roll number, application number, sectional scores, total score and All India Rank.
As per the marking scheme, four marks are awarded for every correct answer, one mark is deducted for each incorrect response and no marks are deducted for unanswered questions.
