CSIR UGC NET June 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has commenced the application process for the CSIR UGC NET June 2025 examination on Tuesday, June 3. Interested and eligible candidates can apply on the official website – csirnet.nta.ac.in, until June 23, 2025.
CSIR UGC NET 2025 June Exam Date
According to the official schedule released by the NTA, the Joint CSIR-UGC NET Examination June-2025, a test to determine the eligibility for award of Junior Research Fellowship, appointment as Assistant Professor and PhD admissions will be held on July 26, 27 and July 28, 2025. The exam will be held in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.

Last Date for Payment of Fee: June 24, 2025 (upto 11:59 PM)

CSIR UGC NET June 2025: Steps To Apply
Step 1: Visit the official website – csirnet.nta.ac.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link that reads “Joint CSIR-UGC NET JUNE-2025 : Click Here to Register/Login”
Step 3: Register with basic details such as name, email ID, and mobile number, and create a password.
Step 4: Log in using the system-generated application number and password to access the application form.
Step 5: Fill in the detailed application form and select the subject for examination
Step 6: Upload scanned images of your recent passport-size photograph and signature
Step 7: Pay the application fee and review the application form
Step 8: Submit the application form and download the confirmation page for future reference

The Joint CSIR-UGC NET June 2025 examination will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. The duration of the exam will be 180 minutes (3 hours). The question paper will follow an objective-type format, consisting of multiple-choice questions (MCQs). The exam will be conducted in a bi-lingual format, with questions available in both English and Hindi.
