The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the revised examination schedule for the Chartered Accountants Final and Intermediate exams for students registered to appear in Kathmandu, Nepal. Initially scheduled for September 11 to 15, it was deferred to ensure student safety during the widespread protests in Nepal at that time. The exams will now take place from October 5 to 11.
Candidates should note that the exams will still be conducted at the same venue: D.A.V Sushil Kedia Vishwa Bharati Higher Secondary School, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, Kathmandu, Nepal. The exam timing remains unchanged, that is, from 2 to 5 pm (IST) for all papers, except for CA Final Paper-6, which will be held from 2 to 6 pm (IST).

In the official notice, ICAI emphasised that there would be no change in the examination schedule even if any examination day is declared a public holiday by the Central Government, any State Government, or a local authority. Furthermore, admit cards already issued would remain valid for the rescheduled dates.

Step 1: Visit eservices.icai.org or icai.org, the official website.
Step 2: Click on the ‘ICAI CA Foundation September admit card 2025’ link on the homepage.
Step 3: You will be directed to the login page.
Step 4: Enter your date of birth and registration number as the password.
Step 5: Your ICAI CA Foundation admit card will appear on the screen.
Step 6: Download and save it for exam purposes.
