The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has released the Company Secretary (CS) June 2026 exam schedule. The Executive and Professional exams will begin on June 1 and continue till June 7.
According to the official calendar, the ICSI CS exams for the 2022 syllabus will take place from 9 AM to 2:15 PM. An additional 15 minutes will be granted to read the question paper from 9:00 AM to 9:15 AM. The institute added that June 8, 9 and 10, 2026 have been kept as reserve dates to meet any exigency. The registration dates are yet to be announced by ICSI. Once the application begins, students who are interested and eligible will be able to register themselves by visiting the official website at icsi.edu.
ICSI CS Exam Eligibility Criteria
For the Executive Programme, students must pass the Online Pre-Examination Test and ODOP/TDOP (depending on the registration period).
For the Professional Programme, the Online Pre-Examination Test is also mandatory before enrollment.
The ICSI is a statutory body under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs that conducts the CS exam to train and certify Company Secretaries who assist companies and government agencies with corporate governance, law, and secretarial practices.
