The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has introduced a Certificate Programme in Data Science and Machine Learning. This six-month online course is aimed at early to mid-career professionals who want to develop strong skills in data analysis, programming, and machine learning for real-world applications.
Graduates or diploma holders with at least 50 per cent in Mathematics or Statistics in Class 12, from recognised institutions (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/state or international universities) are eligible to apply for the course. The six month programme will commence on June 29, 2025. Applicants will have to pay a course fee of Rs 1,50,000 plus GST.

Upon scoring at least 50% marks on aggregate in any two out of three quizzes, and maintaining a minimum attendance of 70%, participants will be receive the completion certificate. Those who are unable to achieve 50% marks in the evaluation components, but maintain a minimum of 90% attendance will be awarded a participation certificate.
