JEECUP Counselling 2025: The Joint Entrance Examination Council (Polytechnic), Uttar Pradesh, has officially started the registration process for UP Polytechnic counselling 2025 round 1 today, June 27, 2025. Candidates who have successfully cleared the JEECUP 2025 examination are eligible to participate in the counselling process. To register, eligible candidates must visit the official website at jeecup.admissions.nic.in and complete the necessary steps.
Candidates who register for round 1 counselling will have access to the choice filling and locking window, which will remain open until July 2, 2025. During this period, they must select and lock in their preferred courses and institutions. Following this, the JEECUP 2025 seat allotment result for round 1 will be declared on July 3, 2025.

JEECUP 2025 Admit Card
JEECUP Rank Card 2025
JEECUP Counselling Allotment Letter
Mark Sheets and Certificates of the Qualifying Examination
Character Certificate
Migration Certificate (if applicable)
Reservation Certificate (if applicable)
Two recent passport-size photographs
Domicile Certificate
Two sets of self-attested photocopies of all the above-mentioned documents

What Happens After JEECUP 2025 Counselling Registration?
Once candidates complete the registration process for JEECUP 2025 counselling, they will need to fill in their preferred courses and colleges according to their interests. After candidates lock in their choices, the exam conducting authority will review preferences and assign seats based on merit and availability.
The JEECUP 2025 seat allotment will take place over seven rounds. After a seat is allotted, candidates must pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 3,000 to confirm their admission.
Following seat allotment and fee payment, candidates must undergo offline document verification. This step is conducted at designated institutes, and candidates are required to be physically present with all original documents and hard copies.
Candidates must ensure they report to the assigned institute within the given timeline. If a candidate fails to appear for offline document verification, their admission will be automatically cancelled, and they will lose the allotted seat.
