Mahindra has announced benefits of up to Rs 2.56 lakh on its entire lineup of combustion-powered SUVs, which not only includes price reductions after the recent GST cut, but also additional benefits on all models. The carmaker, however, is yet to provide a detailed variant-wise break-up of prices post the GST cut.
Mahindra Bolero and Bolero Neo
Benefits of up to Rs 2.56 lakh
Being sub-4-meter models, the Bolero and Bolero Neo get the maximum in the lineup. Ex-showroom prices of the Boleros have been reduced by up to Rs 1.27 lakh, and there are additional benefits worth up to Rs 1.29 lakh. This takes total saving up to Rs 2.56 lakh, with the Bolero range now starting from Rs 8.79 lakh.
Mahindra XUV 3XO
Benefits of up to Rs 2.46 lakh
The XUV3XO’s ex-showroom price has been reduced by up to Rs 1.56 lakh, and there are additional benefits worth up to Rs 90,000. Total benefits on the XUV 3XO amount up to Rs 2.46 lakh and prices for the Nexon-rival now start at Rs 7.28 lakh
Mahindra Thar
Benefits of up to Rs 1.55 lakh
The rugged off-roader sees a drop in ex-showroom price by up to Rs 1.35 lakh, but additional benefits on the Thar amount up to just Rs 20,000. With benefits of up to Rs 1.55 lakh, the Thar range now starts from Rs 10.32 lakh.
Mahindra Scorpio Classic
Benefits of up to Rs 1.96 lakh
Mahindra has reduced ex-showroom prices of the Scorpio Classic by up to Rs 1.01 lakh, and there are additional benefits of up to Rs 95,000, taking total benefits of up to 1.96 lakh. Prices for the Scorpio Classic now start from Rs 12.38 lakh.
Mahindra Scropio N
Benefits of up to Rs 2.15 lakh
The newer Scorpio N gets an even greater reduction in price with ex-showroom prices being slashed by up to Rs 1.45 lakh. Benefits on the Scorpio N amount up to Rs 71,000, taking total savings up to Rs 2.15 lakh. The Scorpio N range is now priced from Rs 13.20 lakh.
Mahindra Thar Roxx
Benefits of up to Rs 1.33 lakh
Prices for the 5-door Thar Roxx now start from Rs 12.25 lakh. The ex-showroom price sees a reduction by up to Rs 1.33 lakh, but just like the 3-door Thar, additional benefits on the Roxx amounts up to just Rs 20,000.
Mahindra XUV700
Benefits of up to Rs 2.24 lakh
Lastly, Mahindra’s flagship SUV also sees a sizeable reduction in prices. Ex-showroom prices of the XUV700 have been slashed by up to Rs 1.43 lakh and additional benefits amount up to Rs 81,000. Total benefits amount up to Rs 2.24 lakh and the range now starts from Rs 13.19 lakh.
