The most affordable MG model, the Comet EV, is available with benefits of up to Rs 60,000. The benefits comprise a cash discount of Rs 10,000, exchange benefits of up to Rs 20,000, loyalty bonus of Rs 20,000 and a corporate offer of Rs 10,000. However, buyers in South India get a higher cash discount of Rs 35,000, bringing the total benefit up to Rs 85,000. The compact two-door EV is powered by only a 17.3kWh battery pack with a claimed range of 230km. It’s priced from Rs 7.62 lakh-9.99 lakh, and rivals the Tata Tiago EV.

The MG Hector does not get much in terms of benefits, except for a corporate offer of Rs 20,000. The Hector is currently offered with a 143hp, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine and can be had with either 5-, 6- or 7-seater configurations.
