The State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell of Maharashtra has released the tentative schedule for the MHT CET 2026 exams. This year, a two-session format has been introduced for the engineering and pharmacy entrance tests, meaning students will get two chances to appear for the exam, similar to JEE Main. Students set to appear for the exam can check the schedule on the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org.
The schedule has separate dates for PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) and PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) groups. For the 2026 cycle, MHT CET will be held in two sessions. The tentative dates released by the CET Cell are as follows:
Session 1:
PCM group: April 11 to 19, 2026
PCB group: April 21 to 26, 2026
Session 2:
PCB group: May 10 and 11, 2026
PCM group: May 14 to 17, 2026
The first session allows students to take the exam earlier in the year, while the second session provides another chance to improve their scores or select a date that better fits their preparation schedule.
The CET Cell has also shared tentative dates for other professional courses starting from late March 2026 ranging from B.Ed, Law, MBA, MCA, and various other programmes.

MAH-LLB (3 Years) CET 2026 — April 1 to 2
MAH-BPEd CET 2026 — April 4
MAH-BPEd Field Test — April 5 to 7
MAH-BDesign CET 2026 — April 5
MAH-MBA/MMS CET 2026 — April 6 to 8
MAH-BEd.MEd CET 2026 — April 9
MAH-AAC CET 2026 — April 10 to 13
MAH-MHT CET (PCM) — April 11 to 19
MAH-MHT CET (PCB) — April 22 to 30
MAH-B.HMCT/BCA/BBA/BMS/BBM CET 2026 — April 28 to 30
MH-DPN/PHN CET 2026 — May 4
MH Nursing CET 2026 — May 6 to 7
MAH-LLB (5 Years) CET 2026 — May 8
Not just MHT CET BTech courses, the entrance exam for MBA courses will also be held twice. The second session exam will be held on May 9. Students can take one or both attempts, with the better score being used for admission.
