Madhya Pradesh NEET UG Counselling 2025: The round 2 choice filling and locking will be available from September 11 to 14, as per the schedule released by the directorate.

The MP Directorate of Medical Education released a tentative schedule for the second round of NEET UG counselling 2025 for admission to MBBS and BDS courses under the state quota. According to the schedule, the remaining vacancies and the revised merit list of eligible candidates will be published on September 10. Candidates can access the schedule on the official website at dme.mponline.gov.in.
Choice filling and locking for the second round will be available from September 11 to September 14, until 11:59 PM, the notice added. This step is mandatory for all candidates participating in the second round, including those seeking upgradation after being admitted in the first round.
The second round allotment results will be announced on September 16. Candidates allotted seats must report in person to their respective medical or dental colleges for document verification and admission between September 17 and 24, by 6 PM.
Additionally, candidates admitted in the second round and those from the first round opting for upgradation must submit their willingness for the mop-up round between September 17 and 27, until 11:59 PM. The same period applies for online resignation or cancellation of admission at the college level, which must be completed by 6 PM on September 27.
How To Check MP NEET UG Counselling Round 2 Seat Allotment Result?
Candidates can check and download round 1 results by following these simple steps:
Step 1: Visit the official website at dme.mponline.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on the “Allotment List” link on the homepage.
Step 3: The seat allotment list will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Download and save it for future reference.
The MP DME confirmed an increase in MBBS seats for the second and subsequent rounds of the MP State Combined NEET UG 2025 counselling in a notice dated Thursday. Following approval from the National Medical Commission, the Chhindwara Institute of Medical Sciences will increase its intake from 100 to 150 MBBS seats, while Bundelkhand Medical College, Sagar will expand from 125 to 150 seats. Consequently, 43 seats from Chhindwara and 22 seats from Bundelkhand will be added to the State Quota vacancies for the second round.
