Mytheresa has reinforced its executive team following the rebranding of its parent company as LuxExperience. All new appointments come from within the company, as part of an internal restructuring strategy.

The Munich-based luxury e-tailer has entered the 2024/25 fiscal year on strong footing.
Simon Tweed
Simon Tweed has been promoted to chief commercial officer. In this role, he is also responsible for the company’s overall commercial strategy, including buying and merchandising. Tweed has been with Mytheresa since 2016, most recently serving as vice president of merchandise planning and sustainability management. Prior to that, he held senior roles at Selfridges, Joy and Yoox.
Dominik Laß
Dominik Laß will take over as the new chief growth & site management officer. Until now, Laß served as vice president of shop management & project management, overseeing the shop experience, onsite management and project management functions. Before joining Mytheresa as head of shop management in 2015, he held senior roles at Planet Sports and Peek & Cloppenburg.
Tiffany Hsu
Tiffany Hsu will continue to lead the buying division as chief buying and group fashion ventures officer. She has also taken on the same title at LuxExperience, where her expanded responsibilities include managing and growing partnerships with emerging fashion brands.
The following executives remain in their current leadership positions:
Amber Pepper
Chief marketing & customer officer: Amber Pepper continues to oversee all global marketing and customer activities, including communications and events, brand marketing, personal shopping, customer experience and retail merchandising.
Julian Paul
Julian Paul continues to serve as chief creative officer, overseeing campaign production, user interface design, brand tone and visual identity.
Michael Kliger
Michael Kliger remains chief executive officer, in addition to his responsibilities as group CEO of LuxExperience. He expressed his enthusiasm about the promotions of Simon Tweed and Dominik Laß. As “outstanding leaders,” they have already made significant contributions to Mytheresa’s success. “Together with the existing team, they will drive Mytheresa’s growth within the newly formed LuxExperience Group,” Kliger commented on the executive appointments.
