The NEET UG counselling 2025 round 3 choice filling link is available on the candidate login page of the official website at mcc.nic.in.

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) had earlier extended the deadline for candidates to submit their choices for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG counselling round 3 seat allotment 2025. The MCC announced the addition of seats to the NEET UG third round seat matrix on October 17 and extended the choice filling process till today, October 18 up to 4 pm.
According to the official schedule, the choice locking facility will be available from 4 PM today. It is important to note that locking the choices for round 3 seat allotment is mandatory to proceed in the counselling process. Candidates can check the notice and exercise their choice on the official website at mcc.nic.in.
“The Choice Filling for Round-3 of UG Counselling 2025 has been extended up to 11:55 PM of 18.10.2025. The Choice Locking will get activated at 04:00 PM of 18.10.2025 and will be available upto 11:55 P. M of 18.10.2025,” reads the official notice.
Candidates can now include these additional seats in their round 3 seat allotment choices. Students can view the course and institute-wise seats available for various categories and integrate them into their third round seat allotment selections.

Soon after the choice filling process is over, the MCC is expected to release the merit list. Selected candidates will have to report and join the allotted institutes to reserve their seats. To do so, they will need to pay the required admission fees and complete the document verification process.
NEET UG Counselling 2025: Documents Required
Candidates must keep these documents ready before applying for the medical college admissions:
— NEET UG 2025 admit card and scorecard
— Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates
— Birth certificate (if not mentioned in Class 10 certificate)
— Category certificate (for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD candidates, if applicable)
— Domicile certificate (for State Quota seats)
— Passport-size photographs (same as uploaded in NEET application)
— Migration certificate (if applicable)
— Medical fitness certificate
