Sarovar Hotels & Resorts has announced two new openings – Golden Tulip Kukas Jaipur and Skywings Sarovar Portico Mathura – as part of its continued expansion across culturally significant and fast-growing destinations in North India.
The dual addition reinforces the brand’s presence in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, aligning with its growth strategy focused on leisure, pilgrimage, weddings, and MICE segments. With these launches, Sarovar Hotels now operates more than 150 hotels across 87 destinations in India, Nepal, and Africa, reflecting a sustained and diversified portfolio.
Situated in Kukas, an emerging hospitality corridor on the outskirts of Jaipur, Golden Tulip Kukas Jaipur is a 90-key property offering an all-day dining restaurant, spa, swimming pool, fitness centre, and banqueting facilities for up to 600 guests. Surrounded by the Aravalli hills and located near Amber Fort and key industrial hubs, the hotel is designed to serve both leisure and corporate guests, as well as destination weddings and group events.
Skywings Sarovar Portico Mathura marks the group’s strategic entry into one of India’s leading spiritual destinations. The 70-key property features an all-day dining restaurant, fitness centre, and banqueting space for up to 400 guests. Conveniently located near major temples and transport links, the hotel caters to religious travellers, family gatherings, and regional business demand.
Ajay K. Bakaya, Chairman, Sarovar Hotels and Director, Louvre Hotels India, said, “Jaipur and Mathura are high-potential markets supported by strong leisure, pilgrimage, and wedding demand. The addition of these two hotels reinforces our commitment to expanding in culturally rich destinations with sustainable growth drivers. As we scale our footprint, our focus remains on delivering quality hospitality experiences aligned with evolving market needs.”
With these openings, Sarovar Hotels continues to build a balanced mix of gateway-city, pilgrimage, and leisure-destination properties, consolidating its position in India’s mid-market and upscale hospitality space.
