Prime Minister Narendra Modi will speak at a post-budget webinar on March 9 called ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas – Fulfilling Aspirations of People: Education, Skills and University Townships’ to discuss important initiatives announced in the Union Budget 2026–27, officials said.
The webinar will bring together policymakers, industry leaders, academics, startups, and students to talk about ways to strengthen India’s education, skills, and creative economy.
The opening session will feature the prime minister on March 9 at 11:30 am, where he will give a special address explaining the vision behind the budget initiative for the AVGC–creator economy, which combines creativity, culture, and technology to drive growth, jobs, and influence, according to an official statement.
The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting will also host a breakout session on ‘AVGC content creator labs in schools and colleges’ as part of the webinar. This session will focus on carrying out the union budget plan to set up AVGC Content Creator Labs (CCLs) in 15,000 schools and 500 higher education institutions, aiming to nurture creative talent, strengthen India’s Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, and Comics (AVGC) sector, and build a strong pipeline of skilled creators for the country’s fast-growing Orange Economy, the statement added.
