RSSB Lab Assistant Recruitment 2025: According to RSSB Chairman Alok Raj, online registration for the Lab Assistant posts will be open from January 27 to February 25, 2026.

The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) Chairman Alok Raj has announced the details for the Lab Assistant Recruitment 2026. The online registrations will be open from January 27 and end on February 25, 2026. Recruitment for lab assistant positions will be conducted by the Rajasthan Secondary Education Department, Agriculture Department, College Education Commissionerate, State Forensic Science Laboratory, and College Education Commissionerate.

A total of 804 vacancies are available in the Science and Geography streams. Once out, the application forms for this recruitment can be made online by visiting the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board’s website, rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in. The recruitment aims to fill laboratory support staff positions in government schools and institutions across Rajasthan.

RSSB Lab Assistant Recruitment: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: To apply for the RSSB Lab Assistant positions, candidates must have completed class 12 from a recognised educational board. For Science Lab Assistant positions, a Science stream background in class 12 is required. Those with Geography as a subject in their 12 can apply for Geography Lab Assistant positions. Applicants must be familiar with Rajasthani culture and have proficient knowledge of Hindi in the Devnagari script.

Age Limit: The age of the applicant must be between 18 and 40 years, although there will be relaxation for reserved category candidates.

RSSB Lab Assistant Recruitment: Selection Process

Selection for the posts will be based on a written test followed by document verification. The exact details will be mentioned in the information brochure to be released along with the application forms.

Conducted by RSMSSB/RSSB, the recruitment is for Lab Assistant positions under Group-C of the state. Candidates should review the eligibility criteria and submit their applications through the official website of the board.
