The SSC CGL exam was conducted between September 14 and 26, 2025. However, it was cancelled at many examination centres across Delhi, Gurugram and Jammu. This second chance is beneficial for candidates whose exams were disrupted. As per the updated schedule, the SSC CGL re-exam will be held on October 14, 2025. Note that the re-exam is only for candidates whose initial exam was canceled for any reason. The SSC CGL 2025 admit cards will be available for download starting October 9, 2025. All candidates are advised to regularly visit the official SSC website, ssc.gov.in, for the latest updates to avoid any confusion. The re-exam admit card will also be available on this website. The SSC CGL 2025 re-exam is not open to all candidates. Those eligible to retake the exam include candidates whose SSC exam was canceled due to the fire incident at a centre in Mumbai on September 26 and those who encountered technical issues at their SSC exam centre. Candidates appearing for the SSC CGL 2025 re-exam can download their admit card and exam city slip by visiting the official website of the Staff Selection Commission, ssc.gov.in. They need to click on the ‘Login’ link on the homepage, and enter their registration number/roll number and date of birth/password.
