After the Tier 1 exam, many candidates raised objections to the answer key. The Commission reviewed these objections and made necessary corrections. The final result has been prepared based on the revised final answer key. The Commission will soon upload the scores and final answer keys for all candidates on its website.

Furthermore, when the exam is conducted in multiple shifts, each shift’s paper may vary in difficulty. Some papers might be slightly easier, while others might be more challenging. To ensure no student is disadvantaged, the Commission uses a specific formula known as normalisation. The SSC has prepared the merit list by equalising the marks of all candidates according to pre-determined rules.
