Gets 360-degree camera and terrain modes, but misses out on ventilated seats
As mentioned when they had launched, the mild-hybrid Fortuner variants cost Rs 2 lakh more than the diesel 4×4 AT variants they effectively replace. Along with the 48V tech that enables the fuel-saving engine start-stop function, these mild-hybrid variants are also equipped with a 360-degree camera, a wireless smartphone charger, and terrain modes – Mud, Sand, Rock, Dirt, and Snow. However, the ventilated front seats available on the standard Fortuner are not available on the mild-hybrid variants.
