Hero’s electric subsidary, Vida has launched its most affordable offering, dubbed as the VX2. It is offered in two variants– Go and Plus. The former gets a smaller 2.2kWh with a claimed IDC range of 92kms. Whereas the latter comes with a 3.4kWh battery pack with a claimed range of 142kms. The Plus also gets a few additional features such as a 4.2-inch TFT display instead of LCD dash on the Go. Priced from Rs 99,000 for the Go, the range goes up to Rs 1.10 lakh. It even offers Battery-as-a-Service option that brings down the price even further to Rs 59,490 (Go) and Rs 64,990 (Plus).
