Canada is offering fully funded Government Scholarships for international students. Students will get tuition fee coverage, airfare, living expenses and health insurance.

The Government of Canada has announced the Canadian Government Scholarships 2026 for international students who wish to study in the country. The programme is fully funded and will support students applying for undergraduate, master’s and PhD courses at recognised universities and colleges across Canada.
The scholarships are funded by Global Affairs Canada and are open to students from different academic backgrounds. Selected candidates will be able to pursue their studies in a wide range of disciplines at Canadian universities, colleges and technical institutes. The last date to apply is March 31, 2026.
Who Can Apply And What It Covers
The scholarship is open to international applicants enrolling in bachelor’s, diploma, certificate, master’s and doctoral programmes. The host country is Canada and the funding will be provided directly by the Government of Canada.
Under the financial support, students will receive CAD 10,200 for undergraduate or college-level study for a minimum period of four months. Graduate students will receive CAD 12,700 for five to six months of study or research.
Apart from this, the scholarship also covers full tuition fees for eligible courses. Students will be provided economy-class return airfare, visa and study permit fees, and health insurance coverage. Monthly living expenses, including accommodation and food, will also be supported.

Other Benefits And Facilities
The scholarship additionally includes local transportation expenses such as public transit passes, along with books and academic supplies. The aim is to ensure that selected students can complete their education without financial burden.
Students planning to study in Canada are advised to check eligibility criteria carefully and submit applications before the deadline. Since the programme is fully funded and limited seats are available, competition is expected to be high.
