The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has published the answer keys for the Joint Entrance for Computer Applications (JECA) and Joint Entrance for Lateral Entry Test (JELET). Candidates who took these exams can access the provisional answer keys on the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in, by logging in with their credentials.
Candidates who are dissatisfied with the JECA or JELET answer key can raise objections until October 25, 2025, by 11:59 PM. They must pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 500 per question challenged via net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI only. Challenges will be considered only if the fee payment is successful.
WBJEE JELET And JECA Answer Key 2025: How To Challenge the Answer Key
Step 1. Visit the official website: wbjeeb.nic.in.
Step 2. Log in using your credentials and go to the Examinations Section.
Step 3. Select the exam and click on the Model Answer Key link.
Step 4. Enter your application number, password, and security pin.
Step 5. The JELET and JECA Answer Key 2025 will appear on the screen.
Step 6. Carefully review and choose the question you wish to challenge.
Step 7. Upload supporting documents.
Step 9. Pay the required fee, review your objection, and submit it.
Step 10. Save the confirmation page for future reference.
The official notice stated: “WBJEEB will review all challenges and take final decisions. The Board’s decision in this regard will be final and no further communication/ request/ appeal will be entertained. Scores and ranks will be calculated based on the final reviewed answer keys.”
WBJEEB JENPAS (UG) consists of two papers both of 100 marks each. Paper one features Physics and Chemistry questions and paper two comprises questions from Biological Sciences. Further, each paper contains 50 questions. There is a negative marking for the exam. That means, a correct response will yield a two marks and incorrect response will yield a negative marks of 0.5.
