Your phone might already contain a photo of your Aadhaar card, a PDF of your flight ticket, a copy of your driving licence and screenshots of important transactions. Keeping these documents close at hand can be convenient, especially when you need to show them at short notice. But convenience can come at a cost if you store everything without thinking about access, security or backups. These five mistakes could make important documents harder to retrieve or leave personal information more exposed than necessary.
